CAREERS
We one full time and four part time positions
becoming available between now and the summer.
An overview would be:
Speaking with Landlords to organise and
book in valuations
Speaking with Tenants to organise and book in
viewings
Carrying out viewings
Negotiating offer through to
completion
Dealing with associated legal
documentation
Administering the above process from start to
finish
Supporting
the Letting and Management teams
The role
is so diversified and cyclical that we can only set
out a framework as different work is required at
different times.
There will be other full and part
time opportunities becoming available from time to time
