Get In Touch With Our Administration Team
The Walton Robinson Administration team prepare all the
paperwork you need to move into one of our properties and make sure
you have completed everything. They conduct reference checks on
behalf of landlords, collect guarantor details and make sure
tenants pay their rent on time. All maintenance issues and health
and safety checks on properties are also dealt with by
the administration team.
Nicola has been with Walton
Robinson since 2010 when she joined the administration team as an
apprentice. She has completed apprenticeships in Business
Administration and Customer Service and is now head of the
administration team, dealing with tenants and landlords for both
Managed and Let-Only tenancies.
