Transport

Four Lane Ends transport interchange at the top of Benton Road and
Benton Park Road is a busy interchange servicing the whole area.
Here you will find a park and ride service and regular Metros
and buses taking you all over Newcastle. There is also a Nexus
travelshop here where you can pick up timetables and information
about transport in Newcastle as well as being able to buy or renew
travel passes. An alternative Metro station in the area is
Longbenton which gives easy access to the Freeman Hospital.
