Inventory And Schedule Of Condition

Walton Robinson can send one of our trained property experts to visit your property and complete an inspection enabling them to prepare an inventory and schedule of condition with any recommendations for improving the property which creates opportunities for landlords to gain higher rents.

Rent Collection And Arrears

We keep track of each tenant's rent payment dates and check that the rent comes in on time, we collect the rent and forward it to our landlords. Walton Robinson's rent collection and arrears service means that if we do not receive the rent on time it is chased up using our arrears system which comprises of texts and emails sent to tenants in arrears, their guarantors, the other tenants in the property and the landlord to keep them up to date on the situation.

Quarterly Inspections

Walton Robinson's property supervisors will complete quarterly inspections on each property and advise the landlord on the findings and if any action is needed such as maintenance issues or requesting the tenants keep the property in better condition.

Dilapidation Assessment At The End Of The Tenancy

One of our property supervisors will complete a dilapidation assessment at the end of the tenancy detailing any damages or improvements that may be required.
