payment dates and check that the rent comes in on time, we collect
the rent and forward it to our landlords. Walton Robinson's rent
collection and arrears service means that if we do not receive the
rent on time it is chased up using our arrears system which
comprises of texts and emails sent to tenants in arrears, their
guarantors, the other tenants in the property and the landlord to
keep them up to date on the situation.

supervisors will complete quarterly inspections on each property
and advise the landlord on the findings and if any action is needed
such as maintenance issues or requesting the tenants keep the
property in better condition.

notices to the tenants whereby they sign agreeing to quit the
property on the date agreed in the tenancy agreement.
Assessment At The End Of The Tenancy

will complete a dilapidation assessment at the end of the tenancy
detailing any damages or improvements that may be required.
We can arrange for the counterpart copy of the Tenancy Agreement
to be stamped.
