Rent A Property Managed By Walton Robinson

If the property you choose to rent from us is a property managed by Walton Robinson, it means we look after the property for the landlord and take care of things such as the health and safety checks and any maintenance issues.

Our Admin Team will keep you updated with the paperwork you need to complete and conduct reference checks on behalf of the landlord, as part of our managed property service, which could include a credit reference, guarantor details, previous landlord reference, university reference or paying some advanced rent. We will also provide you with a standing order mandate giving you all the details you need to set up monthly or termly rent payments, all you do is fill in your details and hand it to the bank.

You will have one point of contact for all maintenance issues when renting a property  managed by Walton Robinson and a property supervisor who will complete the inventory and check out procedure as well as quarterly inspections of the property.

Rent A Let Only Property

If the property you choose to rent from Walton Robinson is a Let Only property it means that once we have signed you up to the property, we will conduct any reference checks requested by the landlord and prepare all paperwork as we would for a property managed by us.

The difference is that you are given the landlord's details, you pay your rent directly to the landlord and any issues you have are dealt with by them rather than Walton Robinson.
