We are a registered member of the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. This is a client money protection scheme to ensure your money is handled in the correct manner.

The property industry is not regulated - Principals, Partners and Directors (PPDs) join Propertymark voluntarily to demonstrate transparency and ensure that they (and their company) are at the forefront of developments in the industry.

As members of both Association of Residential Letting Agents and National Association of Estate Agents, there are conduct and membership rules we are obligated to follow. As a PPD, Walton Robinson is required to provide evidence that we meet obligations annually whilst we are in membership.
