Using an ARLA licensed agent means the agent adheres to a strict code of conduct, regularly attends update courses and keeps up to date on all the latest industry news and changes to property legislation and regulations.

When you start to look for a property or an agent it is important that you use an ARLA licensed agent to make sure you are dealing with a professional agency and your money is protected by a Client Money Protection Scheme. You are guaranteed that they have Professional Indemnity Insurance and abide by the ARLA Code of Practice and Rules of Conduct.
