Office Administrator

Walton Robinson is looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a part-time position (20 hours) working across multiple departments.

Our regional office is based on Percy Street in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, easily reached by car, bike or public transport. Walton Robinson is an independent property agency offering services in lettings, property management, sales and buy to let as well as consultancy services. We also offer serviced apartments available for short-term stays, weekend breaks or corporate travel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administration of business compliance, regulatory and health and safety requirements

  • Administration of insurance policy renewals (cars, office, professional indemnity) – obtaining quotes etc.

  • Administration of business invoicing, office utility bills

  • Fleet management inc MOT, Tax, monthly inspections

  • Administration of recruitment process including production of documentation

  • Onboarding of new starters

  • Management of holiday requests

  • Approval of timesheets

  • Approving expense and mileage submissions

  • Arranging staff social events

  • Ordering supplies and monitoring deliveries

  • Supporting General Manager

Person specification:

  • Outgoing and confident

  • Demonstrable prior experience of key responsibilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Being flexible and reactive.

The successful applicant will have experience in undertaking Office Administrational activities.
