Newcastle estate agent strikes gold in Trusted Service Awards

Newcastle-based lettings and estate agency, Walton Robinson, has been awarded a gold award for trusted service.

The award scheme from Feefo recognises companies that have gone above and beyond for their customers over the last 12 months, and is awarded purely based on the opinions of verified customers.

Walton Robinson are the only property agency in the Newcastle area to have been awarded this accolade.

General Manager, Amy Gibson, said: ‘’We are absolutely thrilled to have achieved this award and credit must go to all of our dedicated staff members at the forefront of the business. Achieving this award is a prime example of placing processes and procedures in place, allowing them the time to grow and develop over a period of time and then reaping the well-deserved rewards.’’

Walton Robinson prides itself on putting customer service at the forefront of it’s activities, and is one of only a handful of agencies to use Feefo as an independent feedback tool.

Operations Director, Mark Smith, said: “As an organisation we wanted to put great customer service at the heart of what we do. To measure this we decided to partner with a trusted reviews platform and actively seek feedback from our clients and customers.

“This award is testament to the hard work that our teams have put in, and to the generosity of our customers who’ve come forward with their honest opinion of us as a business and their experiences.”
