Following this period, a property management charge will be payable on a monthly basis. Based on a 24 month contract with a three month notice period. Our standard charge starts from 9.6% of the monthly rental income inclusive of VAT but is negotiable depending on the specific property or portfolio. Our facilities management service is always tailored to the needs of the building or developer but can typically include;
- Manage and advise on supplier contracts (such as building and grounds maintenance, mechanical and electrical contracts)
- Set up and manage an agreed service contract for the provision of internet broadband (for tenants and the management office)
- Manage and execute all repairs to the property
- Handle receipt and payment of invoices on behalf of the owner
- Monthly inspection of the property
- Prepare and execute an agreed maintenance plan
- Arrange inspection and valuation every three years
- Health and safety checks and maintenance
- Collection of rents and management of deposits
